So sharp!

I just diced up a tater. Shooey, that lil knife is so sharp. I love it! Itz my go to for everything in the kitchen. The best investment of all the many knives I have aquired from Knife Center. Would recomend to everyone!

Great little knife

Use mainly for cutting up garlic, shallots and fruit. The blade is super sharp out of the box and is beautifully made. Wish I would have known it would go on sale for $30 less the same day it was shipped out to me. Oh well. The knife is still sharp and well made.
