THE!!!! vegetable cleaver

I bought this as a birthday gift for my son who is in culinary school. He loves the knife!!! Can't get over the edge retention and overall fit and finish. Makes short work of any vegetable he throws at it. I have used it a few times, like it so much I will probably be buying one for me!!

Good buy, IDK about now though.

Great for cutting vegetables, like it was designed for. Was a little heavier than I expected, but still a great knife overall. IDK If I'd buy it again after the price went up.
