Fantastic

I love great knives. I love to cook. I make a lot of sandwiches. Why didn't I have this knife? As mentioned elsewhere, it's a bread knife and a spreader. It zips through tomatoes like nobody's business. And -- what? -- it's damascus-clad VG10 steel! That just sails this one way over the top. Excellent fit and finish. Really nice pakkawood handle. Design looks like something out Japanese sci-fi -- in a good way. I'll bet the person who designed this is really cool. Cannot say enough great about this knife, so I will just stop here.

What a knife!

Good god this thing is sharp! Haven't had it long enough to sharpen it yet but from the factory it is incredibly sharp. Slices effortlessly, spreads butter and all that; fine. But have i mentioned how sharp this knife is?
