Very sharp indeed! Love the looks, the feel, and sharpness of this. It makes my job so much easier whenever i use this knife specially in my case who suffer from arthritis. Worth every penny that my husband spent. Now I am going to start collecting this set.

Very nice and very sharp help you ease the pain in chopping from veggies to meat. Love the looks, the feel, and the all around use of it, worth every penny.
