On the whole a good knife
Kansept makes good knives. This one is great except for the wimpy flipper tab. It is too short & stubby, located too far below the axis & what jumping there is is way too smooth. The thumb hole is in an awkward spot for me making it difficult for me to use. The rest of the knife is GREAT! Fit, finish, action all spot on. Love the blade shape & steel. It has that Kansept feel once you get the blade moving. It's a beautiful knife. Too bad about the flipper tab.

Too bad about the flipper tab...
The big negative on this knife is the flipper tab. It is positioned in the wrong place (below the pivot point), is too tiny & has terrible, slick jimping. It is also difficult to open the blade using the poorly placed thumbhole. That aside, once open the blade is great. Love the size, shape & steel. Someone dropped the ball on this one. These issues should not have passed muster at Kansept.
