Outstanding value

I got the red Gmascus handle version and it has a great feel to it and looks fantastic. The blade shape is great for self defense and cutting tasks. It is better than the Spyderco Yojimbo or yojumbo for self defense in that it is flat ground. I never buy hollow ground knives. The 154CM is a good stainless and is tough and holds an edge fairly well. The price is right on most 154CM knives due to the advent of Magnacut and other high profile steel. I don't mind a moderate steel on holding and edge because I like to sharpen knives. The more you sharpen the better and faster you are able to sharpen.
