Excellent and delicate
It's a delight to use the knife. It's so sharp it virtually glides thru meat, not just cuts them. It's beautiful, I sometimes just look at it when I smoke in the kitchen. However, it's very delicate and you don't want to use it like German cutlery - almost on any surface - only on wood and plastic.
