It's a GP slicer. Pretty enough to frame, but it has to earn its keep. It's a bit too shiny, but i guess it will scratch up with time.

Shun chef's knife
The shun knife i bought is amazing it is so sharp that even showing the knife to the food will cut it (joke) I use this at work and everyone loves the quality and sharpness of it (including me), the blade is well balanced with the handle. The only issue i have with the knife is keeping it safe , because i work in a busy kitchen i need a knife that i can throw around and be less carefull , but i can't with the shun , the shun is so delicate If i drop it the blade will shatter, but other than that this product is great thanks!
