Pros: Construction, Design, Material Quality, Overall Quality, Sharpness
Cons: None
Very nice santuko
I received this knife as a gift from my wife. It was very sharp out of the box. My wife joked it should come with a box of bandaids. The finish on the blade and handle are beautiful. I use it to chop or mince. You can slice tomatoes paper thin. On the pros and cons I left out durability and sharpenability because I haven’t had to sharpen it. As far as durability while the blade is thin, it seems very well made and with proper care should last many years.
