Great boning knife

Just made it through deer season and this knife worked great for breaking down 5 deer. Super sharp. Feels great in the hand and the needle-sharp point maneuvers around joints and bones with ease. I also own the paring knife and the 8-inch chef's knife in this series and am very pleased with all of them. These knives really hold an edge for a long time and look great too. You get what you pay for like always. Thanks KC.
