By Far the Best Shun Line
I own a lot of high end Japanese knives. I own Shun knives from all their lines of knives. This dual core is by far the best Shun knife I have ever owned. Easily gets razor sharp and holds the edge a long time. Fit and finish are top notch.. perfect balance. Easily my favorite knife out of all my knives. I reach for this knife more than any other. This knife is expensive but if you can swing it, you’ll never be disappointed.
