Very impressed
First of all I'm a leftie and about four months into the EDC folding knife journey. I'm no expert, but I know my own expectations. This knife was incredibly sharp out of the box and I love the blade style. While it isn't the best steel out there, I don't anticipate any issues when it comes time to sharpen. Build quality is excellent. There is no play at all in the blade. It's very easy to deploy and close with the crossbar lock. Very fidget friendly. When closing the blade, I can easily keep all fingers out of the danger zone. Even with the thumb studs so close to the handle, it's pretty easy to deploy with them. It might actually be a bit easier with the spidey flip than with the more traditional thumb flip. The crossbar is exceptionally smooth and doesn't cause any stress on the thumb and index finger. It's just tight enough. This is the second Kizer that I've had great luck with (the other being the Mini Grouper, which at approximately $35-39 is an absolute steal, by the way). Between these crossbars and the button lever locks out there, it's like an entirely new world has opened up for us lefties. If you are a manufacturer and make these ambidextrous knives, for god's sake, make sure that you have a reversible belt clip (this does). I am amazed at how many ambidextrous knives are out there where the clip isn't reversible. Overall, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat and am super impressed.
