Great Knife

This is an impressive knife. Very stout and came very sharp from the manufacturer. The sheath is ok but is not as high quality as the knife. I plan to use this pig-hunting back on Molokai and Maui.

knife fight anyone??????

Just joking of course. This knife measures up to all they hype about Katz knives and then some. Very fast, light, strong, basically non corrosive from tip to tail, slim profile, nice belly, snugly fitting handle, well made sheath with two retainer straps and was received quite sharp. I love Katz knives. I own a few and they are all superior to most all other factory knives I have seen. Mr Katz is very proud and protective of "his babies" and now I see why. Keep up the amazing work!!!! p.s when is the 10 inch Alley Cat coming out? Just joking.....but it would be a great addition and make for a fine all around large blade knife which Katz Knives does not currently offer.

Very good

High quality fighting knife that feels great in hand due to great handle and balance.Very sharp out of box and a very pointed tip but the tip is not very strong.Steel is simple stainless that is easy to sharpen and resists rust well but edge holding is not the best.Sheath is old school but works for me.
