Well, I'm impressed ...maybe!
My original order took a ridiculously long time to ship. Ridiculously L o o o n n g... Knife did show up after some prodding, but.... It had flaws. Unfinished polishing, voids in the handle. KnifeCenter got on the phone with Lamson, Lamson had extreme concern and replaced the knife in days with a flawless example. Just FANTASTIC customer support from both KnifeCenter & Lamson ..... And the knife is a memorable addition to a gift presentation that will impress the honored recipient.
