Good when it actually works
I bought two of these together. One of them works well, with fairly easy placement and removal of bits, but the other was unusable out of the box. It would only take the included flat bits at a certain position, and wouldn't take standard bits at all. After lots of fiddling, I figured out that there was a second bit retention spring in the driver. Once it was removed, it worked great. I was happy with it in the end, but the quality control seems to be lacking. I would have preferred a magnetic retention system, but it works well enough for my use case.
