Great present for my mother's birthday
I own one Lionsteel knife, the TRE, and have had it for about 4 years now. I love it, and was looking for a gift to give my mother for her birthday. This came up during my search and I knew it would be a great first pocket knife for an elegant lady like herself. She loves it, everything from the steel to the olive wood handles. As a knife expert and maker, I can verify that this is a very good knife. The action is a little sticky from the factory, but some oil and enough use and it will break right in. I can't think of any complaints, just note that it neither has a pocket clip, flipper nor thumb stud. My mother has never elected to use them when checking out my knives and prefers two handed opening, so this was perfect for her. It will also push cut right out of the box. Recommended.
