Very pleased, especially for the price
Knives are much prettier than the pictures suggest - the wood to metal fit is very clean, the wood is nicely figured with a matte finish on the flats and a slightly buffed finish on the rounded ends. All blades are evenly ground, polished and sharpened. Paper cutting sharp out of the box. Very thin and light, and you can feel the quality in the handles. Very nice presentation box for a such small premium over ordering the knives individually, especially since that qualified it for free shipping. Literally checked all steak knives on all major knife retail sites looking for something with a little more premium quality and character at a decent price. These are the perfect solution for me. The only drawback is that they should be handwashed, but that should go for all quality knives.
