Clamp for better control.
1)This Clamp works great,you are able to mount to all type surfaces,horz.&vert. 2)This clamp works with large knifes(chef knifes 8&10 in) 3) The only down fall is it starts to unscrew it self during sharpening,the quick was a rubber or star washer.rubber works best it will not scrach the clamp.

Makes Knife Sharpening Easy
I use this item t keep all my kitchen knives sharp. Since I cook a lot I sharpen my knives about once per week. The "C" clamp attaches to my counter top and then with a few stokes of the Lansky sharpener and the edge is restored.

Great clamp ... but ...
Great clamp, I recommended it but the mounting screw/washer is from poor quality, it wear out the underside from my desk top, I fix it withe a thick leather washer glued on the metal washer …
