Works well
Use the sharpening steel several times every day and it works great, to this point. I've had it only about 2 weeks. I needed the 9" model to fit into a wooden knife holder block. I would have been helpful to know ahead of time how long it would take to ship to me. For whatever reason, it started out with UPS, but then was transferred to the US Postal Service. It took 8 days from when the item shipped to get to my house. Too long.
