Pros: Weight, Finish
Cons: Overall Quality, Materials, Blade Sharpness
Bloody Pathetic
I use to like China knives, as I work a lot in the garden, so I need a lot of cheap steel and material for bush and small trees; and even expensive knives like freaken sharp Jerry Busse's INFI-steel knives get dull after all. L6-steel knives are good for hard working, but you will hardly find them on WEB-market. The only way is "do it yourself". I bought this knife, as it is thick (about 6mm on the middle-tang), and relatively cheap -- much cheaper in my country, than on the Internet -- something about 30 bucks i paid for. But it doest cost even such a price. This is not a knife at all, it is a joke for kids. I would name it an "Extrema Ratio Generic knife", as it is generic: made from unknown SS-steel (what is SS? -- probably china "Schutzstaffel"), it went dull after chopping small bush. Any kitchen knife i know would perform faster and better. By the way, SS-steel is terrifically superb: i couldn't regain an edge even on abrasive disc -- it pulls out pieces of steel, as it would be a piece of plastic, and knife doesn't go sharper. Hardly ever been hardened, make sure, you never buy SS-steel knives, or read some other reviews for information.
