Beautiful Belt Doesn't fit thru the belt loops

As usual the belt is fantastic!! a real piece of art!! The problem is the buckle sits on top of the belt and it makes it to "thick" wide to fit thru the belt loops. I forced it thru the first and last loop just so I could ear it. I would ask Mr. Marfione if there is a trick to it that I don't know about??
