Pros: Weight, Ease of Opening, Handle Material, Pocket Clip, Blade Material, Overall Quality, Blade Sharpness
Cons: None
THE ITALIANS COOKED THIS STEEL RIGHT!!!
From the multiple reviews I’ve seen on YouTube this blade was heat treated well. I’ve owned the knife for a month now breaking down cardboard boxes and cut up a 12x12 room of carpet into 3-4 foot wide strips to roll up and put by the curb. Knife is still incredibly sharp. Still shaves hair. A strop doesn’t really do anything to make the blade sharper. Will have to use a 1”x30” blade grinder from Harbor Freight with 600 grit sandpaper when the time comes. Very well made. Love that they went with a lock back design. Reminds you of an old buck but with much better materials. If I had known how beautiful the micarta handled ones were I would have gotten one of those. I might grab one anyway. The way Maserin does they’re micarta is fantastic. It doesn’t look smoothed, sanded or polished. It looks like the micarta is made, shaped and put on. It has a natural texture that looks perfect for grip. People seem to be very biased towards American made. I buy American too, but the quality to price ratio CANNOT BE DENIED!!! A REAL HIDDEN GEM THAT NOT MANY PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT!
