Pros: Weight, Ease of Opening, Handle Material, Pocket Clip, Blade Material, Overall Quality, Blade Sharpness
Cons: None
The Italians cooked this steel right!!!
This thing is a cutting monster!! I got the carbon fiber one. Runs on washers. Yet feels incredibly smooth. Didn’t think 8.625 inches was going to be big enough, but it is. The cutting edge is 3.5 inches. The handle is 5 inches, so u get a good grip to control the blade. And I say control because what ur controlling is an incredibly sharp blade that cuts through just about anything. This is a VERY NICE KNIFE!!! Not a safe queen, this knife actually begs to be used. A very ROUGH, TOUGH AND USEFUL KNIFE. It came so sharp, if ur not careful u will cut yourself. Guess how I know. That’s from the way they heat treated the blades. I don’t know what protocol they used, but it takes an edge, holds an edge and if u know how to sharpen and decide to put a more acute edge on it, it’s almost a scalpel. I’m not joking. Now that I looked closely, I would even get a micarta handled one. The way they do it is very nice. They don’t sand and polish it. They just leave it the way it is. I think it would make for a good grip. If ur on the fence, buy it!! U will be IMPRESSED!!!
