Excellent knife
The knife arrived promptly following the placement of my order. E-mail confirmation of my order was immediate and all dealings with KnifeCenter.com were commendable. The knife is very well constructed, nicely balanced, and very sharp. The handle grips securely when wet and does not appear to retain moisture. Although it's a boning knife, I use it as an every-day, general purpose knife. I feel this knife delivers excellent quality at a modest price. I'm very happy with this purchase. Since I very recently purchased this, I cannot as yet comment on it's durability or sharpenability.
