Made our Thanksgiving a breeze

Could not be happier with this carving knife. I've used many in the past that just did not stand up to the task. This knife was comfortable in the hand, well balanced, carved like a pro, and made me look good! Excellent price point and quality.

Excellent Addition to any Knife Collection

This knife is used for cutting large sections of tuna. The length of the blade helps to keep the cut square, thus providing an overall more desirable presentation.
