Fantastic Knife!

I have various kitchen knifes, but never had a 6in chef's knife until now. It's one of those purchases that you wonder how you got along without it until now. It's a full tang and has really good weight, heft and balance to it. I absolutely love this knife!

this is just a great line--I've had them for 4 mos, just liking more and more. have a ceramic straight for sharpening and conditioning. this one and the 5' utility get a lot of action, the parer is good too.The 9' chef's is plenty big for me, great set, great value. why spend 100's for chinese when you can get German/Taiwan quality...
