Better Than the Hi-Dollar brands!!!
I originally was introduced to this brand in culinary school. Since that time, I have compared this brand to most of the hi-dollar brands of american/european bevel. This brand blows them all out of the water at a fraction of the price. Balance, edge holding capability, and overall durability make this the brand to buy! I own most of the knives in this line, and they all make the cut!

My GoTo knife
I have been a Chef for over 40 years and own Zwilling Bob Kramer , MasaNobu VG--10 an assortment of Henckel and Mundial knives and this 10 inch Mercer. Ths is an extraordinary knife regardless of price.If you are just starting a knife collection or just love Chef knives as I do , get this knife. Use it, abuse it but love it, it will love you back.
