Excellent Quality low Price!

I first became aware of this brand in culinary school. Using it daily, I am quite impressed with the durability,and edge holding capabilities. The grip is superior to my Wusthof Ikon set. These knives are work horses at a very fair price.

Very substantial Knife. I like the Granton function for thinner cutting.

Awesome handle... great balance... great price.. I use this more than older wusthof!! Already looking into buying a few more mercers!! Haven't had to sharpen it yet, but it is was it is. Easy or hard to sharpen doesn't really concern me, overall performance and feel do!
