This is a impressive chunk of steel!, I find my self edcing this knife. I can't just seem to put it down. Dropping this kind of coin is really tough, but man i have a bunch of knives and this one I fell In love with it, after carrying it for a month and it got good and broke it and I slaped a wicked edge on it. It's nasty sharp out of the box, but I am rough on a knife and this thing will put up with it and more. No disappointments in this knife for me, maybe the price, maybe. Make sure you watch Medfords videos on break in and care and yours will be like butter too.
