I had been eyeing the pocket tango since the KnifeCenter exclusive ‘razor’ blade shape was introduced but it just wasn’t quite my style but as soon as I saw the sheep’s foot/ reverse tanto shape I had to pull the trigger and I could not be happier! This knife is taking the place of my Benchmade 940 Osbourne (the resemblance cannot be denied) and that should tell you everything you need to know about how well this knife is designed. It is almost the same length as my White River backpacker pro but feels much smaller in hand. The grips are elegantly contoured and with the crowned spine they are about as comfortable as you can get. I have been very impressed with the fit and finish of MKM’s knives and this is my first MagnaCut blade. I’m very pleased that they went with a thin blade stock since I won’t be prying car doors open with a knife this size and it cuts like a laser. A very nice design and execution, congratulations David, you’ve got a winner!
