There is a lot here

Pretty much anything that could break on the Mini Maglite can be fixed with this kit. I was just looking for the mirror and lens.

Good idea, poor execution.

From the image (as the description is only the generic Mini Maglite copy) it appears that you get a bulb, black endcap, lens, mirror, seals, extra spring and switch/bulb assembly ... everything except the housing, barrel and batteries. All for a mere $5 more than a brand new 2AA Mini Maglite (with batteries.) Am I missing something?
