Very practical

This will probably be my EDC light . The intensity of the light is excellent . The focus feature is not as tight as on the older twist head Maglites . I like the variable power setting as I do not always need or want the full power setting with it's higher energy usage . I did not see a holster for the light , it would be an great addition to a light that needs little improvement .

Wonderful!

This is a fantastically well built machine. It is very bright and will serve those who purchase it. Typical tough, rugged constuction from MagLite. It will last for a lifetime.

Hand held spot light

This is like a spot light in the woods at night. It fits well in a pocket and the hand, and is bright enough to light up an entire room. Another plus is in a self defense situation I could blind an attacker with the strobe effect. My only problem is the button is a little too sensitive so it tends to turn on in my pocket. I need to get a belt pouch then I will be set.

it's ok

3 levels of brightness will be better, there is high and midel, it miss a "low" level to preserve battery life. Easy to use, a lot more powerfull than their 3W LED 3Ccell. the "Spot-to-Flood" adjustable LED beam is not interesting and do not work (for me) BUT the beam of a LED is so interesting with a bright spot center that there is no need of it. Perhapst I will have prefered other batterys, like 2 c-cell or two AA

Great light

Great size. Well built. Plenty bright. I don't know that the average person would need the strobe feature. Mine came with a flimsy plastic pop on pocket clip. I really wish there was a more sturdy clip option. Would definitely recommend this light though.
