Best Knife I've ever Used!
I mostly use this knife for slicing and dicing fruit and vegetables, and occasionally slicing meat or fish (no bones). I've had the knife 4 years and have never had it sharpened. I run it across a steel maybe once a week, and it is still razor sharp. I wish the sheath that came with it had been higher quality, it fell apart after a year.
