Versatility Personified
As a vegetarian I use this knife extensively. Its most impressive aspect is its excellent balance and maneuverability. It also holds an edge very well and the handle is very comfortable. I’ve been using the Messermeister Four Seasons 6" Chef's Knife for over 7 years and were it not for my puppy chewing off the handle, I’m sure I would have used it forever (Relatively speaking). Because of its comparative low price I didn’t hesitate to invest in a new one.
