A no nonsense work horse
It's a nice looking professional class chef's knife, ..that was a little intimidating at first(8"+; wider and heavier than the usual home cook versions), ..you know, can see and feel that you have a substantial high performance professional class knife-tool in your hand. The angles..widths..lines..and curves are great(to include it's grip); likewise with the materials ..workmanship..design..durability....and price ! About the only reason that these aren't offered at 2-3 times the price..., I'd say .."is due to it's professional, versus pretentious...grip"(which made it all the more attractive to me, even before using it 😊...
