Pros: Weight, Handle Material, Blade Material, Blade Sharpness
Cons: Sheath/Scabbard
Fine knife for hunting and hiking.
Marttiini is a good brand. They make fine knives. I have visited their factory in Rovaniemi Finland. This skinner knife is a basic knife. Sharp scandi grind. Rubberized handle offers very good grip , also with wet hands. The finger-guard is some kind of plastic. Sheath is made from leather and has a plastic safety insert. Only thing that I do not like is the belt-loop of the sheath. It is a normal fixed belt-loop. It is the old model 184016. Newer models of this skinner knife have "dangling-sheaths", which can move on your belt , for example when you are sitting down. My advise is : buy the newer model Marttiini 186014.
