A Great Buy
First let me make this clear, THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS KNIFE. I almost believed some of the internet hype and canceled it. I'm glad I didn't. Freakishly sharp from the factory. Blade was well centered and scandi grind was perfect and symmetrical. Blade was actually much thicker than I thought it would be, since some of the hype was that it was a glorified steak knife. Grip is great, although the guard between the blade and the handle does look odd. I also can't tell if it's alloy or some kind of polymer, but it does it's job. Since I just received it, I can't honestly speak about it's edge retension. The photos don't do it justice. For around 26 bucks, you'll be pleased. It's already in my hunting pack.
