I have never had a problem with the lock...the lock on mine works great and I have had the knife a few years now.

Unique Yet Practical Knife

Starts out really stiff, but after some use, it's really easy to deploy and fun to spin around. Very much so a karambit besides opening it. May need sharpening (my first one didn't but this variant did).

I have used this "Karambit" for about two years now and love it! I also read the comments, which made me really confused. I opened this blade more times then I can count and I have never had an issue with any part of the blade components. I have used this Karambit in self defense practice, as well as cutting various things and to this day it still works great....

Overpriced and Bad Lock

The lock spring came loose within minutes, was able to fix, but still a problem. For a person with large hands it is smaller than you think it will be, simply not worth the price. If it was cheaper I would have given a higher rating, but what you get just doesn't live up to the price.
