Classic Folder
I finally got this awesome classic manual folder. The long wait for this to get in stock was ridiculous because I literally saw it on stock and was like got to have it because I have sampled just about every brand out there and Microtech is a top choice. As soon as I bought this blade it went out of stock that same day. It’s worth the price if you are looking for that one and done. The blade is big enough for any task. It’s even got an integrated glass breaker so this blade covers just about any situation that arises.

A dream came true
I have been waiting a long time for this knife to come out... even recently I was visiting knifecenter and I noticed that the microtech socom elite might eventually be back... I wrote to microtech and they reply that they don't even have the intention to make a new run for this knife... I remain sceptical and I kept an eye open for this knife… when I saw that it was back I had to have one... It is worth every penny... if you are like me and expect perfection from your blades... this is it... comfortable handle… perfect balance… super sharp edge... I now wait for others to come out and I will purchase another one!!! “My tastes are simple: I am easily satisfied with the best.” ― Winston S. Churchill

Missed one thing
I do like the knife. I do think think it was made well. But the one think I dont like about it is the positioning of the lanyard hole. The army is tip down so the hole is on the opposite end making a lanyard pretty much useless. I use the lanyard to make it easier to take out and with the position of the hole, that wi no longer be the case.
