A friend of mine bought me one of these awesome knives after our deployment to Iraq as a war momento. I had never seen one before. Wow! is all i can tell you. this thing is the real deal, if you need a no B.S knife look no further.At first it feels like a Gladiator short sword. Fit and finish is perfect,gorgious satin stainless blade,weight is balanced exactly where it should be. Nimble and fast in the hand coupled with the most comfortable handle i have ever used wet or dry! chopping and stabbing is of top notch performance. The blade comes with a "utility edge" not very sharp but ideal for hard use tasks. I had mine sharpened professionally and now it is freakin scary. whether you need a fighting or survival knife, you cant go wrong here. The only thing i didnt like about it was the crappy sheath. The plastic insert cracked in two places just days after i got it. Buy a nice new Eagle industries or something. If you have the money and need a real knife I highly recommend the Sniper.
