Great waist pack (okay, a tough "Fanny-Pack")
I use this pack as my "lake side" , and kayak, fishing waist pack. It holds up to a couple 4x6 boxes of lures, and maybe 1-2 smaller thin boxes. Side pockets can easily hold a phone, gps, and multitool. The inside slip pockets accommodate scissors, pliers, and anything else. This is a product that is built tough. I really mean tough. Zippers are strong, and straps are strong. The snap-buckles are pretty heavy. I've never had them release without me squeezing the tabs. I use it often when kayak fishing, where I often lay it in the bottom of the boat. Sitting in some water is no problem. It will dry out like new. The fabric is a solid, smooth "poly" that is flexible, but no degradation. It is tough Sh@% The size adjustment seams good. It is easy to adjust. I'm a 34" waist, so I won't comment on ranges of small to big. It probably won't go more than 2-4" smaller than me. So, it is probably good for most guys. I'm sure there are limits up and down. Overall, Maxpedition has really good products. I own 6 pieces, or so, and have never had any wear or reliability issues over the last 8-10 years. Worth it.
