Fits perfectly for the 18 inch machete with knuckle gaurd

I preferred this over the plastic because I would not risk breaking it. Fits perfectly. Thanks KC.

Good companion to machete

good fit and finish. Would like a sturdier material and some sort of snap/tie/lock as I can imagine the machete being more loosely held over time and usage.

Nice sheath but needs a strap

Well made but doesn't have a hold down strap so the machete can slide out of it.I purchased this and a sawback 18" Ontario machete for a survival kit for use in the South American rain forest. I think it will do the job ok once I ad a strap.
