One of the best bargain and functional EDC knives

Handle comfort fits a large variety of hand sizes with comfort. Great blade shape and overall quality. I like AUS steel for the price and performance more than D2; live in humid salty area.

Ontario Rat Model 1: Exactly What I Wanted!

Big in my hand, has a reassuring click when the liner lock snaps into place. High flat grind destroys boxes. Bright orange scales; I won't be losing this one. It'll be my EDC for the camping trip in a couple of days. I chose it because DCA keeps mentioning it as a work horse. Just my kind of thing.

A classic budget folder that is very well made beyond its price. Flicks open like a dream and razor sharp ootb. Pocket clip placement in all 4 ways.

My 1st Ontario RAT

Large enough to use for game cleaning. Thumb knob is good position and easily opens! Linerlock also easily one hand closing. Feels solid!
