It's just perfect. It is a mid to large folder with long handle. Perfect grip, super smooth and crazy sharp out of the box. D2 is a bit difficult so expect to take a little bit more care to keep it from rust but D2 keeps the razor edge ridiculously long. A perfect knifes that you shouldn't miss!!

I own many $300+ EDC knives and this knife is absolutely one of, if not my favorite knife hands down. Weight feels well built, blade comes extremely sharp, action is amazing and the size is perfect for me. The steel takes a little more attention than others which doesn't bother me because I am constantly cleaning and taking care of guns and knives anyway. Just try to oil the blade every once in a while. I liked it so much, I purchased another RAT 1 model with carbon fiber scales and a RAT 2 in D2.

Slick nylon handle leaves much to be desired, but the main problem is the steel. If you search around you'll notice I'm not the only person to experience this: consistent chipping and rolling with light duty tasks like slicing cardboard and carving up softwood stakes. This is apparently not a freak occurrence, people have cycled through a handful of these and noted about 4/5 to have edges like this. Hard to say if it's the steel, the heat treat, or a burnt edge from grinding after heat treat but it is absolutely the worst blade I've had on a knife. KnifeCenter won't take it back because it's been used, Ontario will replace the blade with Aus-8 if you pay shipping. So you end up with a $60 knife between shipping from KC, shipping to Ontario, that has an Aus-8 blade and slick nylon handles.
