This is one tough knife it can take anything you can put it through an More! This knife is one of the best knives I own in my knife collection for sure! Solid

The first thing I noticed about this bayonet/knife is its heft. This thing feels solid as a rock, like it would survive a nuclear blast. I cant wait to test it out.

Great Bayonet

This is a sturdy workhorse. You could hack tree limbs and dispatch Zombies, with equal aplomb! What I liked most about it was the blade and handle thickness. Would like a longer blade but it well cost you another hundred bucks...just sayin?

Great knife.

The M9 bayonet is a most useful tool. Even if you never and I hope never get into a situation where you have to "fix bayonets", but you have it just in case. I like the shade of green of the Ontario M9, it is closer to the "foliage green" that so much of my gear is these days. I have the black one, and I have the coyote brown OKC M10 as well. I had to let EOD borrow the M10 in Baghdad, when we had some UXO. They used it to dig out around the warhead, and pack C4.In Kirkuk I let some army guys use it to cut C-Wire with the wire cutters when the axle of there Humvee, got tangled up. I have one forevery color load out I may need now. I wish the scabbard was MOLLE though.

Great Bayonet

This is a definite improvement on the M-7 I carried(and still have) 35 years ago.This is a much more versatile camp&hunting knife to keep in your gear bag.I would recommend getting one of these while you still can, as the military is moving away from the issuance and training with bayonets(much like the fazing out of swords&horses).

I purchased the bayonet for my 34 yr old son. It was on the Christmas list he gave me. He liked it very much. He said it fit perfectly on his rifle. This company was very nice and even though it was back ordered and was not suppose to come in time for Christmas it did come sooner then they said. I can't answer below questions because I don't know but believe me if anything was wrong he would of said.
