A favorite among many
Kitchen knife hobbyist. This 600 grit feels like a Debado LD (180 grit), a well-known and highly recommended Japanese whetstone. What makes it so good is its hardness, and fast cutting. I was just sharpening up an HRC 63 knife, and got frustrated on a Chosera 1000, so I went to this 600, and got the bevel all evened out in just a few minutes. I am just a hobbyist, but I have kitchen knives testing below 100 BESS, I own over a dozen stones. This 600 still stands out!
