Way better than the rubber thing that came with my Garmin
It won't get heart rate (the strap feeds under the watch face) but I am no fitness guru so I dont care about heart rate.. unless I dont have one, then I have bigger problems that if I like my watch band. Easy to install, looks marvelous, and is very comfy. The fabric is perfectly stretchy, does feel loose at all. Love the OD green with orange tracer. Even has a Ti buckle which has a stonewashed finish to it. I am looking at it trying to find a negative and can't. I highly recommend this!!
