Not happy with the quality
If this was more expensive I’d give it 1 star. But there’s not a lot of expectations at this price range. New out of the box, there was debris inside the plastic bag for the knife. It looks like the desiccant bag ripped, but how it ended up in the sealed one bag? Maybe it was opened before and re-packaged? I probably should have just returned it and got a replacement. I was able to get most of the gunk out, but the pivot bolt still had gunk in it that I can’t clean out. I wanted to swap the scales, and ended up destroying the originals. One of the screws holding the clip on, and one for the scales were on so tight I ended up stripping them. I eventually gave up and snapped the scales off, than used a vice grip to get the screws out. They did not use thread lock, they were just torqued in so tight, and the screws so cheap, I couldn’t find a way to remove them. And this isn’t my first rodeo. I have almost a dozen knives that I’ve taken apart, cleaned and lubed, and some of them, swapped the scales. Just a junk/sloppy build in my opinion.
