Pros: Blade Material, Blade Sharpness, Ease of Opening, Handle Material, Lock Ease of Use, Lock Type, Overall Quality, Pocket Clip, Weight
Cons: Handle Feel
Good looking and a great value for a button lock flipper
I purchased this knife for my wife. With the flipper and button lock it's easy for her to use. With the sheepsfoot blade, it's not too stabby and works great for opening boxes. I really like the combination of the natural G10 with the black stonewashed blade, it looks great. The blade steel is good. My wife says that it feels good in her hand. For me, it could be improved. The little bump at the end of the handle doesn't work the best for my hand. I would prefer the bevel of the Vosteed Raccoon at the end of the handle, which is a very similar knife to compare to except the Raccoon isn't a flipper. Had I purchased the knife for myself, I would sand off the bump on a belt sander. The quality and construction seems to be great. It's the first QSP knife I have purchased. I don't get real excited about buying Chinese knives but the design, features and price were appropriate for the intended use.
