One Of Those RARE Perfect Outdoor Knives
The overall package that the Esee 3 gives the user is one of excellence in ergonomics and utility. Not to mention on the basic level, a hair popping edge from the factory. According to the literature that accompanied my knife, all of their knife blades are hand finished. Multiple carry setups are available with the sheath, but I like to keep it basic and just used the attachable clip plate. The knife has a great flat grind to it making slicing and shavings a breeze. As with most of my knives, I prefer my blades with serrations to handle the fibrous and sinewy objects. Another plus is how slim the knife carries.
